iWekart offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our app itself. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:  

• The product has to be in its original & unused state
• The request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery
• We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color, or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order

NOTE: We do not offer returns on bulk orders.
